Passion and care
Our company, a small family-run business, meticulously attends to every detail. The vines undergo an initial winter pruning, followed by additional spring thinning, and a final summer pruning to remove secondary shoots and excess grapes.
During the harvest, which takes place between August and September, we carefully examine each bunch of grapes to remove any imperfect parts. Only through these meticulous steps can we ensure a satisfactory quantitative yield and maintain the distinctive quality of our wines.
